Senior Backend Engineer
pour devenir un(e) acteur(rice) clé dans le développement de notre produit. Si vous êtes passionné(e) par les systèmes backend robustes et scalables, par l'AI, et que vous souhaitez contribuer à la révolution de l'éducation grâce à la tech, ce rôle est fait pour vous.

Vous reporterez directement au CTO de l'entreprise.

Vos Missions Principales

  • Développement Backendet Infra : Concevoir, développer et maintenir des APIs performantes et sécurisées, ainsi que des systèmes backend scalables avec et Typescript.
  • Mise en place des outils IA et Machine Learning : Contribuer au développement et à l'intégration de solutions basées sur l'intelligence artificielle et le machine learning dans nos services backend.
  • Architecture et bonnes pratiques : Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des architectures techniques robustes, choisir les outils appropriés, et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques de développement backend.
  • Collaboration produit : Travailler en collaboration étroite avec les équipes Frontend, Produit et les Professeurs pour transformer les besoins utilisateurs en solutions techniques efficaces.
  • Optimisation des performances : Identifier et résoudre les goulots d'étranglement pour garantir la performance et la scalabilité du backend.
  • Veille technologique : Rester à jour sur les dernières technologies et tendances backend et les intégrer lorsqu'elles apportent de la valeur.
  • Mentorat : Encadrer et accompagner les développeurs juniors, tout en contribuant à construire une culture technique d'excellence au sein de l'équipe.

En rejoignant Ed aujourd'hui, vous aurez un impact crucial sur les choix techniques, l'architecture et le développement du produit.

  • Vous avez 5+ ans d'expérience en développement backend.
  • Vous maîtrisez , Typescript, et avez une solide connaissance des bases de données relationnelles (PostgreSQL).
  • Vous avez une grande curiosité sur les sujets autours de l'intelligence artificielle.
  • Vous comprenez l'importance de la scalabilité, de la sécurité et de la performance dans un environnement cloud (Azure).
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les pipelines CI/CD et avez une bonne connaissance des outils DevOps (Docker, Terraform, etc.).
  • Vous avez une approche orientée produit et aimez travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Vous savez justifier vos choix techniques et transmettre vos connaissances aux autres membres de l'équipe.
  • Entretien de pre-qualification technique (30min)
  • Test d'architecture et de code (2h) - Pour évaluer comment tu abordes et résous un problème. Tu as uniquement besoin d'un IDE avec pour ce test.
  • Entretien Culture et Career Fit (1h) - L'objectif est de comprendre tes motivations, tes valeurs, et de vérifier ensemble que tu pourras t'épanouir dans le rôle proposé.
