**The Role**

We are looking for a pharmacist from to start as soon as possible to work with us in establishing a new digital pharmacy in France. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, are a self-starter, are cool under pressure, organised and a team player, then this is the role for you. Trust and personal responsibility are our top priorities.

**Responsibilities**
- Set up and registration of a new pharmacy.
- You will be leading all pharmaceutical processes and the ‘responsible person' under the pharmacy license.
- We offer you a varied job with the opportunity to develop not only yourself, but also the processes in our pharmacy.
- Monitoring of drug dispensing from a pharmaceutical, medical and economic point of view.
- Implementation of new ideas to optimize our processes.
- Consultation with medical practices, wholesalers and suppliers.
- Participation in a creative and market-oriented implementation of marketing measures.

**Skills**
- You are a qualified pharmacist.
- Previous success in leading a team and the management of a pharmacy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills in French and English.
- Goal-oriented action and flexibility.
- Interest and mindset for the continual process improvement and digitization of operations in the pharmacy.

Nous recherchons un pharmacien pour travailler avec nous sur le lancement d'une pharmacie en ligne en France. Si vous avez un esprit entrepreneurial, que vous êtes autonome et organisé, que vous savez gérer la pression et aimez travailler en équipe, ce poste est fait pour vous. Nous recherchons une personne de confiance et responsable.

Description du poste
- Mise en place et enregistrement d'une nouvelle pharmacie
- Vous serez responsable de tous les process pharmaceutiques et en charge de la licence pharmaceutique
- Suivi de la délivrance des médicaments d'un point de vue pharmaceutique, médical et économique
- Mise en place de nouvelles idées pour optimiser nos process
- Gestion de la relation avec les médecins, grossistes et fournisseurs
- Participation à la mise en place du suivi des actions marketing, avec une approche créative et orientée marché

Profil recherché
- Vous êtes un pharmacien diplômé
- Vous avez déjà dirigé une équipe et géré une pharmacie, avec succès
- Capacité à communiquer et à travailler en équipe, en français et en anglais
- Flexibilité et capacité à prendre des décisions pour atteindre les objectifs
- Intérêt pour l'amélioration continue des process et la numérisation des opérations au sein de la pharmacie
