You will work in close collaboration with legal experts as well as technicians, patent engineers and scientific advisors, on patent litigation with a transnational dimension. We are looking for an Intellectual Property Paralegal to support our coordination activity.

**Missions - The duties of this position are as follows**:

- Assisting the team in coordinating transnational litigation cases
- Housekeeping of several databases (_iManage, SharePoint_)
- Filing of documents, correspondence and other materials
- Organization, maintenance and updating of litigation event calendars _(SharePoint_, _Outlook_)
- Scheduling conference calls and organizing meetings
- Keeping coordination documents up to date (administrative information, competitive intelligence, national laws, strategic comments, action plan, litigation follow-up, calendar).
- Autonomous management of specific tasks and direct link with clients and local counsels in various countries (selection of local counsels to be retained, verification of conflicts, sharing of information between different teams, implementation of questionnaires to be sent to various countries and monitoring responses thereof).
- Budget and invoice tracking
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by lawyers

**About you**

**Qualities required - The qualities required for this position are as follows**:

- Team spirit

**Training (level of education - specialty)**

Minimum of 3 years‘ higher education in law or equivalent and/or at least 1 year’s experience in a similar position in a law firm.

**Language**:

- English (required)
- French (preferred)
