**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**We are looking for our next Underwriting Assistant apprentice as of 01/09/2025 and for 6 months at our AXA Headquarters**

**Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.**

Within the Business Unit Operations, you will join the Underwriting Coordination & Quality Management team as Underwriting Assistant.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support the placement teams on the following cross-functional missions
- Preparation of renewal data (contractual and claims as well as data related to catastrophe events)
- Management of contractual derogations
- Participate in the control of internal reporting to ensure the reliability of contractual data.
- Contribute to the drafting of internal procedures and user guides.
- Contribute to the evolution of placement tools.
- Perform specific studies (statistical reportings and so on )

**Votre profil**:
**Who You Are**
- You wish to undertake an internship at AXA and are preparing for a master’s degree with a specialization in Insurance.
- You have a good knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- You can manage databases and manipulate numbers.
- Your level of English is professional.
- You are a curious, dynamic, independent, and rigorous person.
