**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**We are looking for our next Communication and Brand Advertising Assistant Apprentice as of September and for 10 months at our AXA Headquarters**

**Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris**.

Within Group Communication & Brand, you will join the Communication and Engagement team as Communication officer assistant from September to February 2026 and the Group Brand team as Brand Advertizing Assistant from February to June 2026.

This role involves being at the operational core of our Brand and Communication teams. This apprenticeship offers a cross-functional experience, involving collaboration with all operational teams composed as below:

- Global brand campaign development
- Regional campaign development
- Brand architecture and guidelines
- Communication campaign development
- Content creation
- Event management

By working on a variety of tasks throughout the year, the apprentice will have the opportunity to gain insight into the full scope of AXA’s global brand and communication teams’ missions. This versatility will foster the development of in-depth skills across various areas, providing a rich and diverse learning experience.

**What You’ll Do**
- In communication and engagement team_
- Communication campaign development: You will support the communication manager and officer in the building of the communication plan
- Communication content creation: You will support the communication officers in the creation and execution of tailored content that delivers a clear and consistent message across all platforms. In this role, you create brand-compliant content for a variety of media that informs and engages various internal stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: You will assist in all areas of event management. Coordinate events on site, external guest logistics, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- In brand team_
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You’ll be a team player capable of collaborating across organizational boundaries. You will work closely with AXA entities, and other partners to process approvals and manage internal stakeholders.
- Event and Meeting Coordination: You will assist in all areas of event management. Coordinate and assist in ensuring meeting agendas and requirements are accurate, managing external guest logistics, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

**Votre profil**:
**Who You Are**
- Educational Background: A degree from Ecole de Commerce, Université, or equivalent (Bac +5), specializing in marketing and communication.
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong communication skills
- A creative spirit, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Multiple projects, meet deadlines, problem-solve, and multi-task.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write in a wide range of styles - short writing for internal communications, formal writing for reports and documents intended for communication stakeholders.

Occasional travel may be involved.
