Nous sommes un véritable partenaire de croissance.Là où de nombreuses agences se contentent de créer des campagnes “de notoriété”, nous créons des campagnes avec des objectifs de performance tangibles.Nous existons pour amener de la croissance aux entreprises de nos clients, pas uniquement pour délivrer “des vues”.

Nous sommes basés dans le centre de Mons en Belgique.

**Le rôle que tu joueras**:
En tant que Media Buyer, tu es responsable de la croissance des clients qui te sont confiés.Tu crées des campagnes publicitaires en ligne pour générer des prospects et des ventes.Ton objectif est clair : être le partenaire de croissance privilégié de nos clients.

Tu seras chargé(e), entre autres, des tâches suivantes:

- Concevoir et implémenter des stratégies digitales.
- Gérer les campagnes Facebook, Instagram et Google Ads, TikTok de A à Z : copywriting, choix des visuels, direction créative, gestion des budgets, AB testing et plus encore.
- Collaborer étroitement avec des vidéastes et photographes pour concevoir un contenu percutant.
- Établir des relations solides avec nos clients et leur fournir des rapports réguliers.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Minimum un BAC+3 dans l'un des domaines suivants : marketing, publicité, gestion, communication, journalisme.

C’est un secteur qui évolue très vite, il faut donc tenir ses connaissances à jour en permanence.
- Une passion pour la rédaction de textes persuasifs.
- De l'expérience dans un rôle similaire est un plus.
- La maîtrise de la Facebook Business Suite, ainsi que des concepts d’AB testing, d’audience similaire, de retargeting et de Pixel Facebook, est un plus.
- Esprit créatif et analytique.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément avec une organisation impeccable.
