Job DescriptionAs Head of B2B Marketing, you will own and elevate the full B2B marketing strategy for real estate professionals — agencies, developers, mandataires, and property managers. Your mission is to position SeLoger as the undisputed partner of choice for the industry, driving sustainable growth, demand, and loyalty across all customer segments.
This is a high-impact strategic role with broad cross-functional influence. While leading a focused core team, you will activate and orchestrate a wide network of marketing experts — including Lead Generation, Events, PR, Social Media, Creative, and Product Marketing — ensuring seamless execution of an integrated B2B marketing plan. You will act as the architect and conductor of a company-wide engine that fuels commercial success.
Your impact will be measured not just in campaigns, but in commercial results — helping AVIV France achieve its ambition to capture 50% of France's residential GMV by 2030.
What You'll Do
1. Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the France-wide B2B marketing strategy, aligned with commercial OKRs.
Shape SeLoger's professional brand positioning across all customer segments.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure unified execution and measurable impact.
2. Growth Marketing
Build integrated acquisition and retention campaigns (digital, CRM, content, events, partnerships).
Drive local and creative activations to increase AVIV's market share — from targeted campaigns to innovative on-the-ground initiatives.
Create all marketing material necessary for local sales actions (content, sales pitch, goodies)
Own the customer journey before sales handover: website experience, forms, AI chat, and inbound SLAs.
Implement a strong engagement strategy through B2B social media and animation of our own professionals community
3. Product launches
Accompany product launches with content, sales pitch and communication plans.
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure commercial readiness, adoption, and field feedback loops.
4. Insights, Content & Thought Leadership
Create high-quality content and insights — reports, webinars, case studies, events, and sales enablement tools.
Position AVIV France as the thought leader for real estate professionals.
5. Team & Culture
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing B2B marketing team.
Foster a culture of speed, accountability, and customer obsession.
