**THE TEAM**:
As part of the Marketing Team based in our New York office, you’ll join a dynamic group of up to 12 marketing professionals working closely together across the globe. In this role, you’ll also collaborate with our US team, as well as colleagues from sales partnership, CSM, KAMs, and leadership—making up a wider team of 20. Your main focus will be to help increase AB Tasty’s awareness, brand presence, pipeline, and revenue in the USA.
**Tech stack & tools**:Salesforce, Pardot, Canva, AI
**Travel: t**he job will contain travel across the USA for events, tradeshows and workshops
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- **Manage** end-to-end US growth marketing initiatives, including campaign development, demand generation, paid media, and regional marketing execution
- **Build and maintain** strong community engagement through events, webinars, workshops, and customer marketing initiatives that drive loyalty and brand advocacy
- **Drive** key performance metrics including lead generation, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, and retention
- Lead the execution of go-to-market campaigns, event activations, partner co-marketing, and targeted B2B programs that align with sales objectives
- **Liaise with**cross-functional teams including sales, product, global marketing, and external partners to ensure alignment and shared success
- **Act as**a strategic growth leader and brand ambassador for AB Tasty in the US, representing the company at industry events and in thought leadership opportunities
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:
- Proven experience in demand generation and B2B SaaS marketing
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns and tactics for the best possible outcomes
- Experience in customer acquisition/retention and working with segmentation strategies
- Strong communication skills with a focus on community engagement and relationship-building
- Eagerness to make an impact within a data driven organsiation, willingness to learn and adapt while taking responsibility for your own strategy and execution. We are looking for someone with inspiration
