**Role description**:
**End User Services (EUS) Specialist**

**Paris - Onsite 100%**

**French & English Fluency**

We are seeking an End User Services (EUS) Specialist to provide high-quality, hands-on IT support to our employees. In this role, you’ll manage the lifecycle of end-user devices, resolve incidents and service requests, and ensure seamless day-to-day technology operations. This is a user-facing, onsite position requiring strong technical expertise and excellent customer service.

**The Role**:

- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage hardware lifecycle (procurement, provisioning, upgrades, secure disposal).
- Deliver high-touch support for VIP users and operate onsite Tech Bars.
- Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365, collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex), and endpoint security.
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and escalations, including critical issues.
- Contribute to automation, service improvements, and knowledgebase updates.
- Support onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and access management.

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in End User Computing, Desktop Support, or IT Helpdesk.
- Strong knowledge of **Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM**.
- Familiarity with **ITSM tools** (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar).
- Understanding of ITIL processes and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a user-focused mindset.

**Preferred qualification**:

- ITIL Foundation
- Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- CompTIA A+ / Network+
- PowerShell/Python scripting knowledge a plus
