**Vos missions**:

- Développer la performance commerciale de votre secteur et du magasin
- Manager et animer au quotidien une équipe de conseillers de vente
- Garantir la qualité de l'accueil et du service auprès de la clientèle en magasin.
- Optimiser votre espace de vente (mise en avant offre produit, gestion des réserves).
- Participer à la mise en place et la réussite des opérations commerciales (listing, PLV).
