Within the EME Controlling Department, you join the IT & Digital controlling team in charge of consolidation, make reliable, analyzing, and presenting full data of IT & digital projects.

**MISSIONS**

**Participation in the monthly closing**

Ensuring compliance with commitment and expense validation procedures.
- Produce monthly and annual closings
- Ensuring the quality and deadlines of closures.
- Calculate reinvoing of central Digital and data and ensure communication with regions
- Analyzing variances vs Budget.
- Monitoring operational impacts.
- Alert on risks & opportunities on Digital & Data costs to operations and Finance directors

**Budget construction & strategic plan**

Involvement in the construction of the budget, revisions with operations teams, and for central and regional purposes.
- Steering budget hypothesis and strategic plan
- Challenge assumptions and feedback from operational teams.
- Smart analysis of costs before validating assumptions.
- Amortization simulation’s of digital and data investments.
- Sharing digital and data costs with regions: support to understanding cost evolution.
- Reporting data according to the formats and deadlines required by the Group.

**Business Partner**
- Ensuring accurate cost management and set up action plan if needed
- Sharing operational budgets and committed costs
- Provide needed tools, being proactive in finding savings, alerting on overrun risks
- Key point of contact for local finance teams (production and communication of data, support in understanding re-invoiced amounts)

**Cross-functional**
- Prepare Business Plan for significant projects on Digital under the Head Of supervision
- Operational excellence: rationalizing files, data quality, participating in improving financial tools
- Presenting E-Commerce results each month to IT and digital department (central and countries)
- Supporting an intern in closing missions

**Organization**
- Directly attached to Head of IT & Digital Controlling, EME Financial Department
- Closely collaboration with central, regional, and global teams
- In touch with all Digital and Data teams (managers and operations teams in charge of budget )
- Also closely collaboration with IT team.

- 5 years of experience in international controlling experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in controlling and/or auditing
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Mastery of Power BI, SAP, Excel. Affinity for IT tools.
- Team spirit, cross-functional skills, in a constantly evolving environment.
- Thoroughness, attention to details and organizational skills

Garant du bon respect des procédures d’engagement et de validation de dépenses.
- Assure les clôtures comptables mensuelles et annuelles
- Est garant de la qualité et des délais de clôture
- En charge des refacturations aux régions et aux clients internes
- Analyse des écarts vs Budget
- Compréhension et explication des impacts opérationnels
- Identification de risques & opportunités en prévision des exercices budgétaires e
