**As a WEB/Marketing Project Manager, you will manage projects for the creation or redesign of websites for our clients, using the Odoo platform. Play a key role in supporting clients with their digital strategy, including SEO, digital marketing, and performance analysis.

**Activities and Tasks**:

- **Project Management**:

- Support clients throughout the implementation or redesign of their websites on Odoo.
- Ensure coordination between technical teams and clients to guarantee compliance with project timelines and requirements.
- Conduct analysis and write functional specifications related to client needs.
- Maintain regular project follow-up and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- **Digital Strategy**:

- Develop and advise on SEO strategies to enhance website visibility on search engines.
- Assist clients with their overall digital marketing strategy (online advertising campaigns, content, social media, etc.).
- Set up and configure performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytical tools.

**Skills required**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in marketing, digital communication, project management, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in web project management and/or digital marketing in an agency setting.
- Experience in client support and managing website creation projects.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other similar platforms.
- Ability to configure and optimize these tools for optimal marketing use.
- ** Digital Marketing Skills**:

- Expertise in SEO (search engine optimization), with the ability to design effective SEO strategies for clients.
- ** Interpersonal skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into concrete actions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team while remaining autonomous.

**Nice to have (a plus)**:

- Experience with Odoo (content management, e-commerce modules, etc.).
- Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JS).
- Proficiency in other marketing and CRM tools.
