Software Engineer AR/VR Location:Lyon, FR, 69802Position Type:Professional

If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.What you will do You will work in our XR (Extended Reality) team, contributing to development and improvement of Virtual / Mixed / Augmented Reality products. Those products enables usage of virtual solutions mainly (but not limited to) production lines in Volvo Group factories or training teams. You will be responsible for:
- Design and develop high-quality and innovative VR/AR solutions using Unity.:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate XR into projects or related systems.:
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design patterns used in our Unity projects.:
- Maintaining the solutions in production.:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Unity, VR/MR/AR technologies. Your future team We have team members based in France, Poland, US and Sweden. Team consists of software engineers and Digital product owners/managers and operates in accordance to Agile methodology. Who are you? Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. We are seeking a talented and experienced Unity Developer to join our team. A practical knowledge of Virtual reality techniques and proficiency in C# is essential. The role involves designing efficient and scalable solutions within the Unity environment for various innovative projects. Base

requirements:
- Unity Expertise: Proven experience working with Unity, demonstrating familiarity with tools and best practices.
- Unity Architecture: Ability to design efficient and scalable solutions within the Unity environment.
- Proficiency using Unity Development Platform environment, targeting Meta Quest(Android), iOS and Windows.:
- 3D object handling skills:
- C# Proficiency: Strong programming skills in C#, including knowledge of advanced techniques and design patterns.
- Fluent English and French skills are mandatory Desirable Skills
- Azure DevOps Experience: Understanding and experience with DevOps processes, including CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure management.
- System Design: Capability to design and implement complex IT systems.
- Architecture skills: Knowledge of Unity related systems and how to interconnect them to other systems What’s in it for you?
