As a **Learning & Development Apprentice**, you will join the People team and more especially the Learning & Development (L&D) Team that is responsible for building a fast-growing team that supports Qonto's ambition - You will work under Sarah - VP of People - management and Céline - L&D Manager - supervision, and you will be supporting the team to build the overall knowledge delivery strategy to make the most out of our Qontoers. **‍‍ As a Learning & Development Apprentice, you will** - Help on the **overall L&D** **program related to the development of soft & hard skills**: - Support the **smooth running and continuous improvement** of a Qonto L&D "Core" project from A to Z - The **development of new projects** to up-skill Managers’ and Qontoers’ skills (e.g. leadership, communication, feedback, etc.) - **Making L&D shine at Qonto Level**: dashboard creation & KPIs updates, and develop group L&D-related internal communication **About your future Manager** - Your manager will be Sarah, our VP of People. - **Her background?** - Sarah started work in the luxury industry for l’Oréal 5 years. She spent the first half as a Talent Acquisition & Campus Manager (and hired more than 100 people per year) and evolved to an HRBP position (specialized in Talent Development and Retention) for 2,5 years. - She joined Qonto at a time when it was still a very small structure with only 40 people, whereas today we gather more than 700 people. From the first HR at Qonto, she is now leading a 60-person team. - **What does she bring to the team?** - Sarah is not afraid to tackle ambitious projects. Her communicative energy allowed her to unite a large team that she created from scratch. After putting in place all fundamental HR processes she is now focusing on building a strong people vision to make sure we support the business at the right level. **Today, her scope includes not only France, but also our international markets (Italy, Spain, and Germany). After all those years, she remains a passionate leader and is acting as great diversity and inclusion advocate. **What you can expect** - Work in a **fast-paced** and **scaling** environment - Work in an **international** company, with teams in 5 European countries - An exciting job combining pedagogical thinking & development support and project monitoring & development - Participate in designing and developing a unique L&D approach and strategy - A highly transversal job, where you will learn a lot from many departments **About You** - **Experience**: You already did at least one internship in HR (generalist, business project, learning/training) - **Mastery**: You are willing to learn and develop new skills in Learning & Development, and are ready to be proactive in proposing new initiatives and ideas to the L&D team to improve - **Teamwork**: You can build strong relationships with various stakeholders (from Team Leaders to Managers or Experts) based on confidentiality and trust - **Communication**: You have good communication and interpersonal skills - **Languages**: You are fluent in English, another European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish) is a definite plus - **Edu
