Human by nature.- Demand planning is instrumental in Givaudan's continued strategic. With focus on the top customers in Europe, you will: build a consensus demand plan for the next 24 months, coordinate with relevant partners (sales, customer care, supply chain), identify trends, research demand drivers and analyse demand alerts to develop demand forecasts supporting excellence in execution and enabling exceptional customer experiences.- The position is located in Avignon (France) or Budapest (Hungary)- You will report to theHead of Demand Planning Europe- In this exciting role you will work on:
- **Demand planning**: Identify opportunities for demand plan improvements including forecasting accuracy and bias, business evaluation (losses, wins, lifecycle changes), new product introduction and first-time orders, seasonal and promotional activities. You will manage warning process and conduct regular demand review meetings with both the commercial organization and customers.
- **Partner relationship**: You will communicate and build relationships with Operations and Commercial teams (internal and external customers) and will be the primary contact between the supply chain and the commercial organization together with customer care.
- **Strategy and Continuous Improvement**: You will contribute to the development and implement Demand Planning Strategy, focusing on the top customers in Europe, aligned with Sales and Operations' Roadmap. Following the Givaudan DNA, you will look and propose process optimizations and simplifications to enhance the productivity and the customer experience.

**You?**
- Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, and others
- Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, supply chain management or financial planning in a multinational work environment.
- Affinity to systems and analytical tools (SAP, BI/BO)
- ERP/MRP Expertise
- At ease with high volume of numbers and an ability to combine overviews
- Language skills: English - Fluent
- Desired APICS Certification
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
