- The Internal Communication Officer will play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and fostering a cohesive organizational culture. This role involves crafting and disseminating clear, consistent, and engaging internal communications to ensure that employees are informed, motivated, and aligned with the company’s goals and values. In this position, the Internal Communication Officer will work under the management of the Head of Global Internal Communication he/she will work closely with the Corporate Communication team and the Internal Communication team.**Role & Responsabilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies that support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Write content and publish news in French and English on intranet at Group level
- Ensure community management of the internal social network and support the organization of the editorial agenda
- Provide a support to the internal comm network to ensure the cascading of information
- Track, analyze and prepare regular reports of the impact and effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and initiatives.
- Participate to global editorial committees and IC meetings
- Provide communication support for internal projects and initiatives as needed.
- Propose new ideas, initiatives to strengthen people engagement

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in internal communications, or a similar role. (Apprentice and junior experience admitted)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English and in French)
- Strong storytelling and creativity, including the ability to communicate complex information to employees
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
