**Nous cherchons quelqu’un pour**

**Assurer l’information et l’accueil des clients**:

- Participer activement à l’information voyageur en gare afin de faciliter le parcours client en situation normale et en situation perturbée.
- Assurer l’accueil à la porte, la vérification des billets et des tarifications lors de l’embarquement afin d’offrir un accueil de qualité à la clientèle.
- Adapter l’embarquement en situations perturbées/dégradées dans le respect des procédures afin réduire l’impact de ces situations pour la clientèle.

**Appliquer les procédures Escale**:

- Participer à la préparation des trains au départ.
- Assurer le suivi du train en marche afin de garantir la sécurité des circulations.
- Garantir la ponctualité des rames.
- Assurer la prise en charge des passagers en H-2 afin d’assurer le respect des procédures de replacement.

**Promouvoir la démarche**_Bienvenue Chez Nous _**:

- Assurer une « présence plateforme », en particulier dans la zone d’attente des passagers Eurostar, entre les missions de trains au départ en situation normale et perturbée
- Informer les passagers sur les différents services Eurostar à bord et tout au long du parcours client et leur mode de fonctionnement
- Renseigner sur les différents modes de transports en connexion avec la gare.
- Savoir orienter les clients souhaitant se rendre dans les sites touristiques.

- Vous avez un niveau BAC ou équivalent
- Vous avez des très bonnes capacités d'analyse et vous êtes résistant au stress
- Vous arrivez à prioriser et à entreprendre des actions afin de proposer des solutions en situation de crise
- Vous êtes organisé et vous aimez travailler en équipe
- Vous avez des excellentes capacités de communication et vous êtes orienté client
- Vous un bon niveau d'anglais
