EHS Specialist

Job

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the implementation and overall management of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) operations in data centers. 2. Lead real-time response, coordination, and resolution of EHS incidents in data centers, ensuring effective communication with internal teams, emergency services, and stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions and ensure the safety of personnel and infrastructure. 3. Conduct comprehensive EHS risk assessments for data center facilities, identify key hazards, and develop optimized risk control measures to drive continuous improvement of the EHS management system. 4. Design, develop, and continuously improve EHS procedures and documentation to strengthen system robustness and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. 5. Establish cross-functional collaboration mechanisms to integrate EHS requirements into daily operations, and promote a strong safety culture across all organizational levels through targeted training, awareness programs, and feedback mechanisms. Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), or a minimum of 3 years of EHS experience in data center environments. 2. Strong knowledge of international EHS regulations, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 45001 and applicable local safety regulations). 3. Hands-on experience in handling EHS incidents and emergency response. 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team spirit. 5. Language
