Notre client est un spécialiste indépendant de l'ingénierie et des services à la recherche d'un **Project Manager Formation H/F.**

**Le poste**
- Le La Business Unit Formation a besoin de vous afin de l’accompagner dans sa croissance et son évolution Elle vous intégrera sur un poste en CDD pour une durée d’un an renouvelable en tant que Project Manager en collaboration avec la Business Manager Formation. Vous jouerez un rôle de coordination et supervision de projet en lien avec l’équipe projet et le client sur la mise en place d’un accompagnement pour des formations en conduite. La localisation du poste est à Bordeaux avec possibilité de télétravail. Rémunération :à partir de 35K annuel en fonction du profil;
- **Vos principales missions**:

- Directement en lien avec la BLM Formation, le Project Manager aura pour mission de **Gestion des projets**:

- Superviser les différents intervenants pour assurer la cohérence globale de l'approche Aegide International sur ce projet
- Faire le lien entre le département logistique Aegide et client pour assurer la bonne coordination des aspects logistiques et des déplacements des formateurs
- Suivre les remontées terrain auprès de ces ressources (data) et suivi/coaching du pôle de formateurs internes client nécessaires à la mesure de la performance tout au long de l'année
- Coordonner la refonte des supports de formation (livrables finaux)
- Echanger avec les différentes parties prenantes (sous-traitants formation,...)
- Proposer des solutions innovantes et pédagogiques

**Amélioration continue**:

- Améliorer et adapter les supports pédagogiques (séquences pratiques, manuels, outils pédagogiques...)
- S’assurer de la qualité des standards de formations et de la cohérence de leur mise en
- Vous possédez une expérience significative en gestion de projet, acquise idéalement dans le monde de la formation et/ou du HSE (risque routier)
- Vous êtes en mesure de déployer des programmes de formations
- Vous aimez le contact client et aimez travailler dans un contexte multiculturel
- Vous êtes à l’aise dans la rédaction de livrables et possédez un bon esprit de synthèse
- Vous démontrez également de grandes qualités de communication
- Votre proactivité et votre rigueur vous permettent de mener à bien vos projets
- Vous justifiez d’un niveau d'anglais professionnel B2 ou C1 (facilités à l’écrit et capable de mener des conversations à l’oral)
