**Présentation: Onboard - Lead Developer / Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** En plein cœur de Paris, à STATION F, Onboard est ton ticket vers le Future of Work Nous ne sommes pas une startup ordinaire, nous avons pour ambition d’être le leader européen de la collaboration en ligne entre indépendants et entreprises, et nous recherchons notre maestro de la tech pour rejoindre notre dream team **Lieu**: Flexible : Télétravail / STATION F (Paris) **Description du poste**: Imagine : toi, Lead Developer, à la tête du futur de la collaboration en ligne chez Onboard. Tu seras le visionnaire derrière la magie de notre logiciel : un espace de travail en ligne qui permet de centraliser, sécuriser et automatiser la collaboration entre un auto-entrepreneur et son entreprise **Responsabilités**: - Mettre en place et créer de A à Z notre future version de la plateforme - Collaborer étroitement avec toute l'équipe pour aligner la technologie sur nos roadmaps business. - Du concept au lancement, en passant par la maintenance, tu seras le capitaine de notre navire sur la partie logiciel (vision, stratégie, roadmap). - Recruter et coacher notre dream team de talents tech. - Rester à l'affût des dernières tendances technologiques, pour garder une longueur d'avance. - Assurer une sécurité et une scalabilité à toute épreuve de notre plateforme. **Qualifications**: - Diplômé en informatique, ingénierie ou tout autre domaine en lien - Parlant couramment les langages de programmation, du front-end au back-end.
