ADVEEZ is an innovative company founded in 2011, specializing in the development of connected embedded systems (IoT) for the safety of goods and people in industrial sectors. Managing the development of its end-to-end systems (from electronic design to data analysis and retrieval on its SaaS platform), ADVEEZ has developed a complete ecosystem for monitoring and optimizing vehicle fleets, particularly in the airport sector.
Joining us means joining a high-tech and international environment (70% of sales outside the European Union), a fast-growing company but on a human scale (50 people), while working in a relaxed and professional atmosphere.
In the frame of its existing references such as Aviapartner, Alyzia, British Airways, Groundforce, Celibi, Swedavia and newer customer, ADVEEZ is opening looking for a Customer Success Manager a new position, on permanent basis based in Toulouse.
**Job description**:
**OVERVIEW AND ROLE**
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the services received by Adveez. based on ADVEEZ solutions (IoT, hardware+API, web-platform)
- Monitor and manage deployment project with ongoing customer
- Establish relationships with key decision makers and partners (innovation/technology, product, equipment/fleet manager, purchase manager)
You will be reporting to the Product and Customer Success Director based in Toulouse. Position Located in Toulouse
- Maintain our ongoing customer with their deployment for the Europe and Middle East region
- Timeline and deliverables settings
- Coordinate project with airlines, ground airlines and manufacturer
- Coordinate with third party support team involved in the project
- Provide technical and product support
- Become the “Voice of the customer” back to the French Team
- Gather feedback from the customer and analyse customer data
- Attends weekly meetings with to review projects
- Build and maintain relationships across ADVEEZ
- Constantly feedback to provide highest quality of service
- To achieve your goals, you will be working with the European involving: Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Support
**Profile**:
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Organized, multitasking, leadership
- Clear customer service mind set, constantly focusing on delivering value to customers.
- Willing to support other business areas.
- Team-spirit and corporate mindset
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Fluent in English, Spanish (Conversation)
- Problem solver mindset (capacity to find and be proactive to find solutions in collaboration with European team)
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience required
**Compensation package**
