**POSITION**

You will be in charge of the Design-For-Test (DFT) strategy and implementation on the new generations of the MPPA processor. From the DFT requirements established with the Product Engineering, you will implement the appropriate controllability/observability in order to reach the best coverage with a minimum of pattern vectors. You will also generate and check the test patterns and support the test engineering team for the patterns debug during bring-up.

**CANDIDATE**
- Experience :_
- 2 years+ experience of DFT implementation in SoCs
- Skills :_
- Knowledge of DFT implementation (Scan insertion, MBIST, boundary scan, IJTAG/JTAG).
- Experience of DFT Mentor environment (Tessent) would be a plus
- RTL coding, scripting language.
- Static timing analysis would be a plus
- Profile :_
- Curious, autonomous, Rigorous
- Strong teamwork skills
