For our Formulation unit in our production site based in Uffholtz (France) we are currently looking for a highly motivated

**Site IT Support Specialist (M/F/d)**

This role is to provide on-site ‘Level 2’ IT support and assist the Corporate Infrastructure team with hands-on support while closely collaborating with the Global IT support team and the Regional IT Service Manager. The Site IT Support Specialist is in charge of onsite and remote technical assistance, including hardware/software installation, user onboarding/offboarding, security compliance, system integration/upgrades, troubleshooting, and general IT support for all FMC locations and employees in their country.

Your main location is Uffholtz, France, with periodic IT support out of Nambsheim, France and occasional on-site support out of the Lyon, France office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide Level 2 IT support for the France based users: Imaging and deployment of new laptops and mobile devices (BYOD). User onboarding/offboarding: setting up workplaces, managing laptops and devices, collecting assets.
- Update IT Assets inventory (when assets deployed to users or returned to stock or disposed)
- Develop/document installation, operational, and upgrade procedures.
- Client PC and local server Updating and Patching
- Support local, regional, and global IT projects.
- Follow FMC IT policies and standards and ensure site compliance with internal controls.
- Support internal audit preparations and execution.
- Provide IT support for Computer systems in PCN and Lab areas.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an information technology support role
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French are required

**On-Site Support hours**
- Full-Time during the locations standard working hours
