**Your Role and Responsibilities**

By being directly involved in the management of the Cloud and Core Enterprise Practices, and by working closely with the teams in place composed of recognized experts in their field, you take part in the technical advice that Kyndryl brings to its customers.

The role of the practice is to define the strategy and offerings in a specific area, implement these offerings from sales to the service delivery teams, manage the revenue and costs of this activity, and actively participate in the business development of these offerings.

As an Executive Assistant to the Practice Leader, you will learn to:

- Support the practice in the coordination of activities related to the creation and implementation of offerings, management of business development programs,...
- Ensure the organization of business trips (logistics, program, customs and health formalities)
- Coordinate information between the different actors of the practices (sales, pre-sales, consulting, managed offers, marketing and communication, finance)
- Provide administrative and logístical support to the team
- Provide support on specific or ad hoc missions
- Organize and prepare internal and external meetings (agenda, room, documents, lunches etc.)
- Be the relay in case of absence of the service manager

Other missions:

- Preparation of files, presentations
- Support in the management of sales support tools
- Reception of visitors
- Follow-up and control of invoices, expense reports
- Management and validation of expense reports.
- Ensure the proper management of HR deadlines (evaluation interview, development discussion, data entry in Workday, etc.)
- Management of new arrivals
- Various orders

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Diploma prepared Master
- Apprenticeship contract. Professionalization contract excluded.
