Region MED < SBU MED Service Short term schedule Preparing and refining a 12-week schedule > medium term schedule Preparing and smoothing the workload over the year > long term planning Optimizing interventions by grouping tasks Anticipating and formulating requests for support in accordance with the load plan analysis Checking the availability of tools and material Issuing purchase orders Assigning mission orders to relevant personnel Ensuring the proper closure of missions’ orders > cost management, clean and up-to date system in continuous Monitoring indicators used to measure planning performance, while acting accurately in case of deviation Keeping a safety focus over launched activities **Qualifications**: 2-years study level or equivalent English good working knowledge, both written and spoken (B1 minimum level of the European framework of reference) Experiment in an industrial environment Mastering Pack Office, Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce Competencies High flexibility (to be able to work in a changing environment).
