We are looking for a Supply Chain Application Improvement Project Manager (x|f|m) for the Performance & Applications Improvement Consumables Technologies department in Goettingen or Aubagne (Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH). As part of Global Supply chain Consumables Technologies Operation Unit, you will report directly to Manager of Supply chain Performance and Applications improvement. You will be responsible for implementing supply chain performance improvement initiatives through Consumables Technologies Operation unit. You will interact with all plants and business division organizations ( Production, Quality, Procurement, Customer service, BPI, IT etc) and create the future with us.

**Your** **tasks**
- You will deploy ERP (SAP) templates/processes with BPI, local SCM, LKU
- You will build and implement step-by-step procedures for daily business from standard templates of BPI
- You will perform regular healthcheck to make sure processes are correctly used
- You will implement processes modifications if any and collaborate with BPI /LKU for trainings
- You will lead supply chain performance improvement projects
- Therefore, you will make Benchmarks with BPS, local CT plants, other Ops units for state-of-the-art supply chain processes
- You will lead Fit/Gap analysis and define needed resources and build projects team
- You will monitor execution of projects (action plans definition, implementation planning, follow up meetings, risk management, hypercare) and Reportings
- You will lead supply chain workpackages for projects steered by supply chain partners and support on daily business (e.g. BPCR, KPIs, dashboard)

**Your** **qualifications**
- You have a business related degree (supply chain master or equivalent) or engineering degree ( industrial engineering or equivalent)
- You have solid hands-on experience of SAP (mainly Material management, Production Planning)
- good knowledge of order-to
- cash process
- You have demonstrated proficiency in project management
- You have a curious and lean mindset and proven analytical skills
- Well organized, autonomous, rigorous, open minded
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Tableau and/or Celonis is a plus
- Business fluent in English
- You are willing to travel if required (approx. 20%)
