Integrated within the Finance Department of DFS Europe & Middle East (world leader in the sale of luxury products to international travelers), you report to the Finance Manager France.

You are in charge of stock control at La Samaritaine with a team of two people (permanent and intern).

**Your missions**:

- You organize and supervise inventories (rotating and annual) for La Samaritaine and you analyze/monitor inventory discrepancies.
- You ensure proper monitoring of inventory management procedures by operational teams (sales and logistics).
- You collaborate with the internal control team to ensure proper monitoring of group (LVMH & DFS) and store procedures.
- You control the proper budgetary monitoring of markdowns and produce monthly analyzes on stocks.
- You are a business partner of the VP Operations on inventory issues and collaborate with the Logistics and Security teams.
- You are in charge of reviewing stock adjustments (inventory discrepancies, displaying, defective products, etc.).
- You produce ad-hoc analyzes for the needs of financial management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics/inventory management position with a financial appetite and data manipulation. Operational experience in Retail and/or internal audit is a plus.

**Other knowledge, skills and abilities required**:

- Strategic agility and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Very good command of Excel, Power BI would be a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Willing to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment (head office team in Asia).
