Global Quality Insurance Manager

Bostik, the adhesives segment of the Arkema group, is looking for a Global Quality Insurance Manager for its Head Office in Colombes. You will report to the SVP Operations and Customer Experience Transformation BOSTIK, your main objectives will be to coordinate with Operational Excellence Director, GBUs Operations Directors, global functional entity, and you will be a correspondent for Arkema on Quality Insurance and the Global leader in quality control and quality insurance

Your future responsabilities:
Support top line growth by continuously improving customer satisfaction at the right cost level by producing quality products and enabling operations to obtain and sustain certifications
- Quality
- Design global referential, process, standards and programs to improve competitiveness and customer satisfaction aligned with Arkema guidance.
- Ensure consistency on quality metrics calculation and usage within Bostik and educate sites on identifying opportunities for improvement and setting projects priorities.
- Set yearly targets for the Bus in line with global Bostik objectives and Group Operational Excellence guidance. Cascade down global objectives to site.
- Support TOP 10 sites on identifying projects opportunities and lead cross functional team for project that needs high level expertise.
- Improve product and process control, foster quality assurance within Bostik to reduce our costs and improve customer satisfaction by rolling out Bostik PPM.
- Support/Assist on new certification to access new markets by providing gap assessment and support certification roadmaps: Tisax, IATF, Food, Edana
- Roll out Quality Digital tools adapted to Bus specificities within Bostik
- Report, analyse and monitor plans execution to ensure global success and promised improvement delivering.
- Train and educate sites on best practices, quality communities networking.

**Profil Recherché**:
The profile we are looking for:
You have a chemical engineering degree or strong experience in chemical field and processes.
You have a demonstrated ability to articulate an appropriate vision and translate that into effective strategy initiatives and operational plans.
Ideal 5 years experience or demonstrated success in handling substantial OPEX related transformation and change management projects.
You have proven interpersonal/project management skills, strong analytical skills and numerical understanding, leadership, multitasking and decision making skills in line with Bostik way values.
You have an effective project management mindset and behaviors to engage and enable others to deliver objectives through and with others in a sustainable fashion
You are fluent in English and ability to effectively communicate and evolve in an international environment.
You have greenbelt status minimum, ideal Black belt
You are able to work in a matrix organization (link with corporate and GBUs functions)
