Medical Advisor

**MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Provides medical support for Marketing and Sales activities
- Manages KOL activities and maintains strong professional relationships with experts
- Establishes, implements and follows the medical training plan and provides medical support for sales reps trainings
- Manages medical projects and organizes symposia
- Provides medical support to the Regulatory Department (under the supervision of the Medical Department and in cooperation with the Department of Regulatory Affairs)
- Provides medical support for clinical research activities (clinical, epidemiological and economic studies)
- Ensures scientific and competitive intelligence

**MAIN TASKS**:

- Contribute to the development of new promotional materials in close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales departments
- Develop and update training material for the sales network and all other collaborators of the company
- Make clinical and scientific presentations at medical meetings for HCPs, during the congresses or meetings with health authorities, etc.
- Ensure medical and scientific support and review for medico-regulatory reports (MA files, Transparency files, etc.)
- Participate in writing publications, expert reports or clinical development projects if necessary
- Manage professional relations between the France business unit and scientific societies, charities organizations and patient associations
- Develop and update product reference files for the hospital market
- Identify and communicate new published data as appropriate
- Proactively identify needs for promotional/ non-promotional material and discuss with marketing colleagues
- Offer KOL insights to support medical and scientific strategy and communications
- Contribute to the internal project management of IISs, providing study progress follow-up and support as required
- Provide medical input and strategic input into advisory boards, engaging with clinical advisors on a peer to peer level

**Requirements**:
**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGES**:

- Physician or pharmacist with qualifications and experience in accordance with current regulations.
- Knowledge of gastroenterology could be appreciated
- Customer-facing experience and experience with managing KOL stakeholder relationships
- Effective communicator both in writing and verbally
- Flexible to change and able to respond positively to change by adapting day to day activity and work procedures as appropriate
- Keeps up to date with the new data and changing healthcare environment.
- English: fluent reading, writing and speaking with ease.
- Knowledge in applicable codes of practice.
- Knowledge and skills must be maintained through training.
