The Financial Crime Transformation team is seeking a motivated Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Know Your Customer (KYC) Analyst to support the execution of our program for the French market.

In this role you'll play your part in delivering on our regulatory & policy obligations and grow your career amongst a global team of risk professionals.

How will you make an impact in this role?

The main responsabilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:

• Support the delivery of critical AML/KYC initiatives for market/s in line with strategic priorities and AML roadmap
• Partner with the business and stakeholders across Product, New Accounts, GSG, Compliance, Legal, etc. and assist with implementation of regulatory changes & KYC requirements
• Support the business in execution of the company's operational risk framework, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Enterprise-wide Operational Risk Policy and related guidance
• Assist as a trusted advisor supporting the business on assessing, mitigating, and accepting risk; ensuring a strong control focus is integrated into day-to-day operations and risks are managed effectively with root causes identified and addressed
• Leading project status updates and communications for review and/or approval
• Coordinating business partners on status updates and input to assigned tasks
• Mitigating risk and driving resolution of issues
• Preparing materials for steering committees & other senior leadership updates

Minimum Qualifications

• Project management experience, ideally within financial services sector

• Knowledge and experience of the local AML Regulatory environment will be a strong advantage

• Fluency in both English and French

• Driven team player who loves a challenge with a positive attitude and is flexible

• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively to ensure timelines are met and work volumes are managed
