**Information about the position**:
As a **Maintenance Project Manager (PM)**, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of real estate maintenance across multiple locations. You'll oversee the facilities management for our **EVS**, **VCarrier**, and other locations, supporting both **French** and **English**-speaking teams. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage assets, set up maintenance programs, and continually improve operations. You'll also collaborate with our **Health & Safety** team to ensure safety standards are met and drive sustainability initiatives.

**In this position, you'll**:

- **Facility Maintenance Management**- Lead the **real estate maintenance** efforts for all locations, including **EVS**, **VCarrier**, and others across multiple countries.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive **maintenance program** for all facilities, ensuring optimal function of assets such as automatic doors, conveyor belts, and other key systems.
- Regularly **inspect** facilities, identify issues and work to resolve them promptly.
- Support both **reactive** and **proactive maintenance** activities, ensuring quick responses to any operational needs.
- **Sustainability & Safety Support**- Collaborate with the **Health & Safety (H&S)** team to ensure workplace safety, including involvement in **safety inspections** and addressing any hazards.
- Actively contribute to the company's sustainability efforts, including **EV**, **automation**, and **sustainability installations**.
- Assist with initiatives that support the **Vinted Go ESG strategy**.
- **Asset and Vendor Management**- Manage all assets within the facilities, ensuring proper upkeep and operational performance.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Support **procurement efforts** related to equipment and services, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- **Continuous Improvement**- Act as the **eyes on the ground**, identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement in facilities management, ensuring that all locations are running smoothly.
- **Travel and On-Site Presence**- Travel frequently to our various **Vinted Go locations**, visiting each location **once per quarter**:

- Maintain a strong **onsite presence** to ensure issues are identified and resolved promptly.

- Has an interest in expanding knowledge beyond real estate, such as automation, **electric vehicle (EV)** technologies, and **sustainability projects**.
- Is willing to **travel** to various locations, both in France and internationally, with the ability to spend significant time onsite.
- Possesses **electrical training** and certifications (H1B1V, BC, BR) for relevant systems
- Knowledge of** Corrigo** is a plus
