**About the Role**
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will plan visits to the customers, and sell in a proactive way parts, modifications and services, keeping consistent connection with the customers and the installed base.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Visiting customers, building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders for service: maintenance, production, purchasing
- Listening to customer needs in terms of service, reporting back the voice of the customer
- Detecting opportunities for sales while on visit, observing the maintenance conditions of the installed base, and speaking to relevant people of the production area
- Actively promoting sales of parts, modifications (line modifications, relayouts, relocations, upgrades), services (on-site service, line inspections, warranty extensions, condition monitoring, trainings, preventive maintenance, remote assistance)
- Negotiating the final price and sales conditions, according to Sales and discount policies defined by local Customer Service Manager
- Actively contributing to achieving the budget / forecast targets for order intake, sales, profitability
The position will be based in Élancourt (78), France.
**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Sales, Application Engineering or similar roles
- Experience in the automation, industrial machinery or robotics industry will be considered a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, service and communication skills
- Sales-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to travel on a continuous basis
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
