**[Job Description]**

**Context**

As a Solution Consulting Engineer, you will join the Solution Consulting team, and will report directly to Luis, VP Solution Consulting. You will have the opportunity to adapt the product’s value proposition to customer needs to facilitate deal closure by conducting targeted discovery workshops and anticipating client expectations.

**Your future missions**
- ** Sales support** : Assist sales teams by explaining the solution to prospects, addressing technical objections, and leading responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- **Presentation and demonstration** : Communicate the product through presentations, whiteboarding sessions, live demos, proofs of concept, and prototypes.
- **Solution definition and integration** : Design tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams (product, delivery, architecture, marketing, legal, security) and ensure their successful implementation.
- **Strategic vision and innovation** : Monitor product developments, incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap, and showcase the value of Skaleet’s solutions to decision-makers.

**[Desired Profile]**

**You are a great match if**:

- Education: Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
- Experience: minimum of 3 years in a fintech or a bank as a Presales or Solution Engineer or Product Growth.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.
- You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience in an international or European setting is a plus.

Luis has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, spanning roles within tier 1 banks, software companies and consulting firms.

His background covers product management, project deployments pre-sales leadership and digital transformation. He has worked across Europe and America supporting leading financial companies modernize their core systems and internal processes.
