THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled BI Manager to join our eCommerce department. This role will focus on the development, maintenance, optimization, and adoption of our operational eCommerce dashboards. The consultant will be responsible for
collecting business requirements from both head office and local teams,
maintaining and prioritizing our BI roadmap,
ensuring the successful development and maintenance of eCommerce dashboards,
managing an international team of six BI developers based in India and Lebanon,
and ensure the quality of our data.
The role will also involve promoting the adoption of the dashboards through communication, training, and operational support.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
Proven experience in managing a BI team and developing operational dashboards is essential. Advanced technical expertise in QlikSense is required, while knowledge of Tableau (Salesforce) is a plus.
