Ecommerce Project Manager

**THE ROLE**:
As part of the evolution toward API based technology, the eCommerce Department of the CMA CGM Group is seeking a confirmed project manager to intervene on API related projects. Positioned within the eCommerce team within Digital Agency, you will assist the team and ensure proper transition toward the deployment of the products & transactions based on the API technology.

You work in a multifocal environment with both external (clients, external providers) and internal actors (Agents, Headquarters Department, CMA CGM IT and Digital Factory, Regional Office eCommerce...) under the responsibility of the B2B - Professional Services / eCommerce Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
In alignment with Group objectives, you accompany the implementation, go Live and run of the API related eCommerce products, meaning:
You liaise and participate on API projects with Third Parties and customers, participate in product discussions in order to be able to understand their specific requirements.

You assist dedicated Product Owners on the deployment of pilot phase, and new enhancement of their products.

You be responsible of standardization processes, creation of related documentation and guaranty their updates and availability.

You create necessary requests or business requirements and follow up delivery and testing phases with IT teams - Digital Factory.

You perform or organize end-to-end testing with the platforms and partners during testing phase, prepare with them the production start-up and organize the deployment and pilot phases in coordination with the various stakeholders.

You be responsible of the transfer knowledge and training of regional teams who will have to deploy and support API to Platforms and customers.

You define with various stakeholders the evolution and correction requests on the existing flows and follow them until they are implemented.

You ensure ongoing functional support processes related to the whole lifecycle of the customer (SSC process, impact on Agencies processes, Customer Support monitoring process)

You contribute to the setting up within the regional agencies and delegations of the procedures necessary to use the flows implemented. You intervene particularly on the anomalies and on the non-respect of the procedures when they are detected.

You provide KPI and reporting necessary to the follow up and the visibility of your and the API activities.

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Master’s Degree

5+ minimum experience / 1 year experience in the marine or transportation sector.

Very good level of written and spoken English.

Project experience in API / WEB

Functional and technical analysis capacity

Quality of communication and sense of customer contact.Ability to work in a team and in a multicultural and multi-project contextense of organization and respect of deadlines
