**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, develop, negotiate, and execute structured energy transactions with embedded optionality in the local market
- Work closely with the Trading team members / Local team members for new deal origination, structuring and pricing to grow and optimize the portfolio
- Contribute to the scaling up of the portfolio of other non-standard products, multi-commodity and guarantees of origin (GoO) contracts in the local market
- Increase the portfolio of local counterparties such as industrials, corporates, suppliers/retailers, IPPs, project developers, investors
- Responsible to ensure all local country counterparties are actively managed
- Overviewing the financing requirements behind the origination portfolio
- Overviewing credit risk and continuous position management of the origination portfolio
- Manage entire deal approval process with internal stakeholders and take full front-to-end ownership of implementation of new deals and products and contract management
- Local relationship management with TSO, SSO, Regulator (this task can be shared between the local wholesaler/originator and the portfolio/pricing manager)

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of origination experience in the energy space in France
- Strong commercial mindset and good understanding of financial models
- Effective negotiating skills coupled with good commercial judgment and strong analytical capability
- Able to think independently, self-motivate, and be a team player.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
