**Job Description Summary**: The Service Pricing Leader International is responsible for the interface between Pricing Teams, Commercial Operations, Marketing and the Local Customer Teams (LCT) plus setting and reporting the LCT progress towards target on a monthly basis.

This role will report direct line to the Service Commercial Operations Director International with great collaboration with the LCT’s and Global Pricing teams.Le Service Pricing Leader - International est à l’interface des équipes Pricing, opérations commerciales, marketing et ventes « service ».

Ce poste reporte au Directeur des Opérations Commerciales « service » - International, et requiert une importante coopération avec les équipes régionales ainsi qu’avec les équipes de pricing globales.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Define guidelines for Service Pricing strategy for International Region considering pricing algorithms, markets dynamics & customer behaviors to maximize price growth potential and deliver/exceed OP
- Conduct reporting of International Service pricing performance against the strategic plan and define the areas of Price improvement including conducting postmortem analyses with regions/countries.
- Leading Pricing Tools, Reports and dashboards automatization, development and enhancement at International level in collaboration with Global Pricing team
- Leading deployment & enhancement of SMAX functionality for Pricing related objects
- Support SMAX rollout from Pricing perspective for countries to go Live in SMAX
- Perform list price setting & update activities for Ex-EMEA for On Demand Service & Maintenance Service Contracts Maintenance
- Provide strategic deals and frame agreements pricing recommendations engaging with CommOps team during ITO process. Provides intuitive pricing processes and tools that include price guidance. Establishes proactive controls around price discipline such as price Delegation of Authority (DOA) & discount efficacy. Uses data analysis and modeling techniques to ensure optimum pricing structures are in place and pricing trends are understood
- Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Experience in Pricing, Commercial Operations, Finance, Marketing or a related fields in the Healthcare industry
- Structured Language Query (SQL) experience is very desirable
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

- Piloter le reporting de la performance pricing « service » vis-à-vis du plan stratégique et identifier les opportunités d’amélioration. Cela inclue la réalisation d'analyses post-mortem avec les régions/pays.
- Conduire le developpement et l'amélioration des outils, des rapports et des tableaux de bord au niveau international, en collaboration avec l’équipe pricing globale.
- Conduire le déploiement et l'amélioration des fonctionnalités SMAX liée au pricing
- Déterminer et mettre à jour les listes de prix On demand service dans l’ex-zone EMEA
- Fournir des recommandations de tarification pour les accords stratégiques et les accords-cadres en collaboration avec l'équipe CommOps.
- Mener des contrôles proactifs et veiller au respect des règles de délégation d'autorité (DOA) et mesurer l'efficacité des remises commerciales proposées au clients.
- Acquérir une connaissance approfondie des spécifiés commerciales régionale, des lignes de produits, des marchés, des processus de vente et des grands comptes.
- Une autonomie importante est requise dans la prise de décisions que cela soit dans le cadre d’un projet, d’une ligne de produits, d’un marché, ou d’un processus de vente.
