**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:
Our Forvia Clean Mobility (FCM) activity is looking for a Talent & Organization Development Intern from january/february to july for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.

With 20,000 employees worldwide at FCM we create innovative solutions to drive mobility and industry toward zero emission.

We are looking for a new team member who will not only get the chance to get to know more about our dynamic industry for a greener world but also participate in the HR Development global initiatives and missions in our Head Quarters (HQ) in Nanterre. You will be supported in your development and growth by our Talent Development Manager.

Your missions:

- Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of the People Reviews and other talent committees.
- Support on the management of different HR activities for Purchasing and Finance (e.g., VIE talent pool, Graduates, plan, implementation and follow up of individual development activities for potentials, headcount evolution, HR KPIs reporting and tracking).
- Prepare and coordinate different learning activities such as learning needs analysis and plan, registrations, tracking and follow-up, as well as being part of Forvia’s learning community.

- Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
