Nous poursuivons aujourd’hui notre développement et la structuration de nos équipes en France et aux USA afin d’avancer le développement de nos programmes et renforcer notre portefeuille de produits. Pour soutenir l’ensemble de notre équipe clinique et rattachée à notre Directrice des opérations cliniques, nous ouvrons donc un poste d’assistant(e) de recherches cliniques.

**Missions principales**:

- Vous apportez un support logistique, administratif aux études cliniques dont vous aurez la charge (de la mise en place à l’archivage),
- Vous assurez la gestion complète des TMF/eTMF de ces études cliniques (depuis la création jusqu’à l’archivage, y compris la maintenance, le chargement et classement documentaire, ou les contrôles qualité nécessaires) ainsi que la supervision/contrôle du TMF/eTMF des sous-traitants,
- Vous assurez un support administratif dans le suivi budgétaire et la facturation de ces études cliniques
- Vous assurez un support aux activités de soumissions aux Agences Réglementaires/Comités d’Ethiques,
- Vous assurez/serez en support de l’ensemble des formalités en relation avec la loi d’encadrement des avantages et la transparence des liens d’intérêt,
- Vous assurez un support administratif pour la réalisation de traduction, le contrôle qualité de documents, la planification et réalisation des comptes rendus de réunions de travail.
- Vous assurez un support administratif dans l’organisation de réunions internes ou externes avec les sous-traitants
- Vous assurez tout autre tâche administrative en soutien à l’équipe clinique

**Compétences requises**:

- Vous possédez un diplôme scientifique,
- Vous justifiez d’au moins deux ans en tant que CTA en laboratoire pharmaceutique, biotech ou CRO,
- Vous avez un excellent niveau d’anglais (oral et écrit - il s’agit de notre langue de travail),
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance de la gestion administrative des études cliniques,
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et pack office,
- Vous êtes organisé(e), vous aimez planifiez et vous être rigoureux(euse),
- Vous savez prendre des initiatives, être agile, collaborer et travailler en équipe.

**Sur le poste**:

- Statut cadre, forfait jours (218),
- Salaire fixe + bonus annuel,
- Mode hybride possible (2 jours de télétravail par semaine),
- Poste basé à Ecully, région lyonnaise.
