As a **Technical Sales Representative - CT & Industrial Coatings M/F** you will be responsible to reach your objectives thanks to your expertise (technical and sales), developing your business with committed customers and through development actions.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Customers loyalty**:

- Establish a positive relationship with all your contacts at the distributor and user customers.
- Plan and ensure regular commercial and technical follow-up of key accounts (bodybuilders, manufacturers, after-sales truck manufacturer and users industries).

**Development**:

- Coordinate demonstrations and installations to you customers
- Analyze and develop the product mix of existing user customers from presentation to closing
- Offer and sell our training, the Solution Business service offer, or promote our innovations.
- Maintain current customer database

**Qualifications**:

- Graduated from a Degree + 5 in industrial painting or bodywork, a proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in a similar role is required. Chemistry/ Polymer science is required
- Customer and business oriented, you have a good knowledge of the market: distributors, bodybuilders, manufacturers, aftersales truck manufacturers and competitors.
- Your interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, resourcefulness and results motivation are key skills to be successful in this role.
- We expect from you autonomy, multitask, ability to deal with priorities in ambitious environment within a matrix organization.
- A fluent level of French is required and a proficient level of English is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Pack Office is required.
