**All about the role**
As Country Director France, we rely on you to deliver growth across your market through entrepreneurial drive and top-class leadership. You will lead and manage x-functional departments to this end. Effective communication between local market teams and central HQ will be key. As the market leader, you will be responsible for fostering a strong local culture and driving engagement.
Your responsibilities also involve:
- Being the main P&L accountable for Just Eat France.
- Driving business growth for France Creating, owning and executing the commercial and operational strategy for Just Eat France with the support of the central functions across Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, and Product & Tech.
- Setting up and monitoring KPIs for restaurants, logistics, customer care, users, and staff.
- Developing cross-functional planning & strategy.
- Leading a wide range of activities across the country, with a focus on building the business and a high performing team.
- Taking ownership of cross-functional coordination, conflict resolution, company culture & communications.
- Representing JET at local events and acting as a spokesperson for the company in France.
- Using the specialists and resources throughout the company to drive value, efficiency and business success across your market.
- Building team spirit through your people-management skills, to ensure successful results locally and internationally.
- Reporting directly to the EVP of International Managing Directors
**Can you deliver**
Ready to take on the role? These are the ingredients we need from you:
- Proven track record in Country Management/ GM roles, in empowering country entrepreneurial drive and turnaround or crisis management, while adhering to central/corporate guidelines.
- Commercial, business development background and familiarity with entrepreneurial and matrixed organizations.
- Operational acumen, demonstrated through having led in the past large teams with a focus on delivering operational excellence
- Confident in navigating and leading teams through periods of significant expansion.
- Able to handle a wide range of teams across a growing business, and willing to listen and learn from others.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in French and English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- A highly efficient, proactive and data-driven approach to your work.
- Comfortable making vital decisions and undertaking negotiations.
- Excellent program management and analytical skills.
- Able to think strategically and develop and communicate a compelling vision.
