**Qileo** est une fintech à impact qui propose le premier compte professionnel vert pour les entreprises et les indépendants. L’objectif : ne plus financer les industries fossiles, mais soutenir directement la transition écologique.

Nous recherchons notre futur(e) alternant(e) en SEO & Content Marketing, motivé(e) pour contribuer à une mission utile, et faire rayonner notre marque à travers le contenu.

**Missions**

Rattaché(e) au CEO et à l’équipe marketing, tu contribueras activement à notre stratégie SEO:

- Rédaction de contenus SEO (articles de blog, newsletter Substack, bannières)
- Création de visuels simples (infographies, images, vidéos)
- Optimisation on-site (balises, maillage interne, amélioration de l’architecture du site)
- Recherche sémantique, création de briefs de rédaction
- Veille sectorielle sur la finance durable, le climat, les fintechs
- Développement du netlinking (partenariats, backlinks)
- Reporting et suivi de performance (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Intégration des contenus dans Webflow

**Profil recherché**
- Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en marketing, communication, rédaction, journalisme
- Aisance rédactionnelle, orthographe irréprochable, sens de la formule
- Connaissances de base en SEO (maillage, balises, H1/H2, optimisation de contenus )
- Intérêt pour l’environnement, la tech, l’innovation ou la finance responsable
- Maîtrise de Canva ou autre outil de création visuelle
- Autonome, rigoureux(se), curieux(se), avec un bon sens de l’organisation
- Une première expérience en rédaction ou en marketing est un vrai plus

- Rémunération selon la grille légale + 50% du Pass Navigo
- Contrat en apprentissage à partir d’août/septembre 2025

**Processus de recrutement**
- 1 entretien de découverte (30 min) avec la cofondatrice
- 1 cas pratique à réaliser à distance
- 1 entretien final avec les fondateurs

Rémunération selon l'âge de l'apprenti

Rémunération : 800,00€ à 2 300,00€ par mois
