Rejoignez le Groupe Roullier en tant que **Technical R&D Advisor F/H**

**TIMAC AGRO**, leader mondial de l’innovation en nutrition des sols, fertilisation, biostimulation et production animale, recherche des personnalités passionnées qui souhaitent apporter leur expertise et faire avancer nos projets

**Vos missions**:
**1. Coordonner des projets de recherche**:

- **S'inscrire dans des projets de développement techniques locaux avec des universités et instituts techniques.
- Coordonner, en lien avec le Centre Mondial d'Innovation, les projets R&D à destination de la zone géographique définie.

**2. Être un-e référent-e technique pour les coopératives et instituts techniques**:

- **Promouvoir la technicité et la démarche scientifique des solutions TIMAC AGRO auprès des parties prenantes techniques et scientifiques locaux.

**3. Chercher des certifications et labels visant à valoriser la technicité de nos produits.**

Profil attendu:
**La personne que nous recherchons**:

- Diplôme d'ingénieur agronome ou équivalent complété par un doctorat en agronomie, biologie des plantes/sols, santé des plantes/sols, microbiologie...
- Expérience significative dans le domaine de l'agronomie et de l'innovation.
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination.
- Maîtrise professionnelle de la langue correspondant à la zone géographique définie & maîtrise de l’anglais dans un contexte professionnel.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec des partenaires externes.

**Localisation**: Postes basés dans nos filiales TIMAC AGRO en Europe, en Amérique du Sud ou en Amérique du Nord.
