**Position**:
**The position**
It’s an exciting time to join LOEWE as we go through a period of rapid growth. You will be part of the Marketing and Communication Team, made up of over 60 people who are responsible for planning and creating all marketing collateral. Reporting to the Global Head of Events, you will be part of the organization of world class events across different regions in support of the growth in visibility and status of the brand. The role will involve global, regional and local content and will necessitate working closely with the cross-functional HQ team as well as coordinating with regional marketing teams to create locally relevant work across the globe.
**Roles & Responsibilities are**:
**Project management**
- Assist the Events Manager on the global events calendar update, liaising with all markets.
- Assist on the overall production retro planning alongside Events team
- Assist on creating ongoing Event presentation decks, including post event reports
**Production**
- Assist both Events Manager and Events Producer in their projects: fashion shows (4 shows/year), special image projects and local events
- Liaising with suppliers and negotiate fees
- Support Events team on budgets and finance issues
- Preparing events presentation decks
- Research of new venues, suppliers and technologies
- Competitive intelligence: regular competitors monitoring
**Profile**:
We are looking for and Events Specialist who has:
- 1-2 years of experience in event production
- Ideally has an experience in fashion/luxury
- Excels when working in cross-functional teams
- Possesses an intellectual curiosity for fashion, culture, arts and craft
- Has strong communication and analytical skills - Fluency in French and English is required
- Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent attention to detail
