**Vos missions**:
- Offrir une expérience exceptionnelle, créer l’émotion et fidéliser la clientèle selon les exigences CRM
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente et les KPI en optimisant chaque interaction client.
- Garantir un service irréprochable à chaque étape du parcours client, en incarnant les standards.
- Assurer le suivi des ventes et de l’après-vente, optimiser le stock et respecter les procédures opérationnelles.
**Votre profil**:
- Expérience & Passion - Expérience de 3 ans en tant que Client Advisor dans une Maison de luxe, avec une forte passion pour la mode et la Haute Couture.
- Excellence Client & Performance - Maîtrise du parcours client, engagement à offrir un service irréprochable, et capacité à atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente.
- Opérations & Gestion - Connaissance approfondie du stock, gestion des ventes et de l’après-vente, respect des procédures et contribution à l’optimisation du réassort et de la présentation des produits.
- Maîtrise du Mandarin, français et Anglais
