Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Celebrating unconventional aesthetics and embracing the philosophy that fashion is an art of expression rather than a cult of personality, Maison Margiela offers haute couture, ready-to-wear for women and men, contemporary line MM6, footwear, interior design, and accessories, including leather goods, fine jewelry and fragrance.
In 2002, the French house became part of OTB. Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.

Responsabilités et activités du poste
Sous la direction du Manager, vous serez chargé(e) de :
Accueillir et conseiller une clientèle exigeante avec professionnalisme, en offrant une expérience personnalisée et inoubliable ;
Incarner l'excellence en tant que modèle pour l'équipe, en véhiculant les valeurs de qualité propres à notre marque ;
Veiller au respect scrupuleux des processus, directives et standards de l'entreprise, afin de maintenir l'image de prestige de la marque ;
Gérer avec soin et précision le merchandising ainsi que les stocks, en garantissant un agencement optimal et une présentation irréprochable des produits ;
Atteindre et surpasser les objectifs de vente, en développant des stratégies orientées vers l'excellence commerciale ;
Maîtriser les indicateurs de performance et utiliser les outils de pilotage avec expertise, pour assurer une gestion optimale et une croissance continue.
Compétences et expérience
Vous avez au moins 2/3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur du luxe, vous permettant d'atteindre d'excellentes performances commerciales tout en offrant un service de qualité.
Polyvalent, disponible et rigoureux, vous êtes à l'écoute des besoins de nos clients pour mieux les conseiller et les fidéliser.
Votre dynamisme, votre professionnalisme et votre goût du challenge sont des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans ce rôle.
La maîtrise de l'anglais est essentielle.
Une troisième langue est un plus.
