Dataiku is looking for a CSR Intern to join our CSR team. As part of the Culture team, you will be a spokesperson of our company’s values, visions.
The CSR team is responsible for ensuring that sustainability is at the heart of our company culture by enabling everyone’s understanding and engagement with the issues at stake. By reporting to the CSR Coordinator you will support the implementation of Dataiku’s CSR and AI for Non-Profit Programs.
The position requires a combination of project management and technical skills in a very dynamic environment.
In this role you will:
- Contribute to our philanthropic and AI for non-profit activities
- Support the deployment of Philanthropic AI for Good program globally: assess new AI for Good opportunities, follow-up with our NGOs portfolio, engage and onboard new ambassadors in the program
- Support the development of the non-profit volunteering program : assess needs, benchmark and contact vendors, contribute to deployment of volunteering platform
- Write & document processes on the program collaborating with different teams internally
- Assess results on activities and communicate on them
- Contribute to our climate & environmental activities
- Contribute to carbon footprint measurement : collect data from different teams to complete carbon footprint measurement
- Support the coordination of the Climate Ambassador Program globally : act as point of contact with the Climate Ambassadors, raise employee awareness on sustainability topics and engage them in the program
- Support CSR Reporting
- Conduct research and market watch on best practices, regulations, trends
- Gather CSR milestones and achievements from across the business globally
- Structure reporting framework and process for data collection
- Act as Sales team’s go-to information point of contact for completion of clients’ Requests for Information (“RFI” or “RFP”) on ESG topics
- Work with Dataiku’s CSR Coordinator on the production / updates of Dataiku’s CSR policies and corresponding action plans (drafting, stakeholder sign-off, communications, implementation )

- Project Management Experience
- CSR and/or AI for good Knowledge
- Advanced level in English
- Experience working with international teams
