**Description de mission**: En tant que Project team Member, vous assisterez le COO et le responsable du domaine ABC et Ethique Professionnelle de mon client dans la mise en place d'un outil visant à industrialiser et sécuriser les contrôles relatifs aux problématiques d'Ethique Professionnelle: transactions personnelles et délits d'initié, Conflits d'Intérêts et Mandats Externes privés, Cadeaux et Invitations L'objectif est d'obtenir: - Une supervision consolidée de tous ces sujets au sein d'une plateforme unique utilisée dans toutes les entités de mon client - Industrialiser et sécuriser les contrôles des Tests Indépendants grâce à la centralisation - Répondre à toutes les exigences de contrôles PE (LoD1 à LoD2 et LoD3 grâce à un Audit Trail) et aux reporting réglementaire spécifiques (ex. SMCR au UK) Dans ce cadre vous interviendrez pour: - Définir les paramétrages de l'outil en réponse au cadre procédural d'EP - Etre l'interlocuteur privilégié des entités dans le monde et adapter leurs modes opératoires et workflows à l'outil - Assister les Compliance Officers des entités locales dans leur rôle de super utilisateurs fonctionnels de l'outil - Assurer le suivi de l'implémentation via les User Acceptance Tests - Contribuer à la définition des interfaces et formats de communication entre les systèmes connexe du Groupe et l'outil - Contribuer à la préparation des Comités de Projets et Comité de Pilotage tout au long du projet, en relation avec les PMO IT et Fonctionnels Livrables: Paramétrage de l'outil User Guide Procédures Formation Sign Off des utilisateurs finaux ( CEO et Compliance Officers) Prérequis techniques: Connaissance d'outils de conformité, en particulier liés à l'éthique professionnelle, Star Compliance si possible.
