- Our fragrance Gallery builds the backbone of our past and future success.- Data excellence and consolidation are a pre-requisite to a strong tool infrastructure as well as digital leverage, innovation and future value creation.- In this context we are establishing a new role to manage and steward our development data and gallery and monitor our progress and excellence to deliver to our global development strategy.- Sounds interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity if you are always curious in how things work, digging into the story data can tell us as well as improving processes.- Reporting to the **Global Gallery and Best Practice Director**, in this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Data governance across the development tools interfacing the business & IT organisation
- Support the change management team with appropriate adoption measures
- Continuous improvement of processes and tools
- Point of contact on problem solving on our tools for users & IT
- Training of new comers on our processes and tools
- Track the KPI's & activity on development key tools and put in place corrective actions with managers and/or users when needed
- General knowledge of our digital strategy and direct involvement in development projects/ transformation as adequate

- Graduate or higher degree;
- 5 years+ experience in continuous improvement, consumer insights or data analysis
- Experience in data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, R)
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent Project Management and organisation skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills and experience in managing activities of teams remotely;
- Strong client services skills, adept at developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Curiosity about the world of fragrances
