Data Transformation Program Manager Senior

We are opening a position for a **Program Manager specializing in Data Transformation** to strengthen the team of our client based in Argenteuil. This role is part of a major data transformation initiative covering a wide range of capabilities: data architecture and engineering, modeling, storage for data and analytics, visualization, data science, integration, metadata management, as well as data warehousing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and coordinate the overall program planning, ensuring alignment across various sub-projects.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including the sponsor, steering committee, and project teams.
- Oversee budget management and risk mitigation for the program.
- Organize and coordinate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the implementation of new software solutions.
- Support communication activities related to the data transformation initiative.
- Ensure effective collaboration with product line managers, architects, and project managers involved in the program.
- Assist the team in integrating new tools and technological solutions.
- Ensure projects are executed in line with the strategic goals of the overall program.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience, preferably in program management related to data initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of data capabilities and an understanding of market trends regarding supporting software and solutions.
- Proven experience in implementing data platforms in a cloud environment (experience with Snowflake is a plus).
- Deep understanding of the systems development lifecycle.
- Excellent skills in communication, coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, with a strong sense of leadership.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges in an existing environment.
- Previous experience working in a global matrix organization, similar to Givaudan.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and capable of quickly integrating into an existing project team.
